Valcraft Printing & Packaging is One Stop Packaging Source serving the lower mainland since 1974 in western Canada. We are looking for Sales and Business Development Executive that will provide professional and ethical representation of Valcraft Printing & Packaging Business Solutions to the commercial industry in your territory.

This individual will be responsible for maintaining and developing blister packaging & custom printing revenue within the west of north america. This is primarily an on-site position with the requirement to travel within Canada and the US for business purposes.

**What you will be doing**:

- Increase sales of existing accounts and secure prospective clients by making use of efficient and effective outreach strategies to develop leads and grow your network
- Extensive B2B sales experience, previous industry experience would be considered an asset.
- Work intimately with customers to determine their requirements and make economical, and creative recommendations
- Confidence in managing sales target ranging between $1,3,7,10M in annual sales
- Strong communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
- Provide and pass along technical support to clients related to their projects
- Understand and target markets, participate in Trade shows, and communicate with professional associates
- Build direct connections with B2B customers & potentially represent the company at other trade events
- Stay informed of market conditions, latest innovations, and understand your product and support options
- Focus on closing Sales, passing off all details of the job to assigned Project Manager
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Prospect daily for new opportunities, building your Sales Pipeline
- Proven ability to sell complex solutions
- Strong negotiation skills to confidently and aggressively seek new business
- Build customer list of new and growing companies across various market sectors

**Requirements (if you’ve got these, we want to speak with you)**
- Excellent people skills You love meeting new people and can easily establish relationships
- You’ve got computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- A College diploma or University degree in sales prefered
- 3 years of previous B2B sales experience in printing and packaging industry
- English fluency is mandatory, and you must be eligible to work in Canada
- Previous account management experience
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role

**Benefits**
- Commission is based on percentage of the total sales, and there is no cap on commission
