- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs for meetings.
- Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned.
- **Meeting Coordination**:

- Organize and schedule internal and external meetings, including board meetings, conferences, and events.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure meeting materials are prepared and distributed promptly.
- **Travel Management**:

- Arrange and coordinate complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare and manage expense reports and reconcile travel-related expenses.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as a primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft and proofread documents, reports, and communications for accuracy and clarity.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Develop and execute social media strategies, creating and sharing engaging content
- **Office Management**:

- Oversee office operations and procedures, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with the planning and execution of company events and activities.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and other departments within the company.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role or a similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Quickbooks).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
