A social media manager to oversee our company's social media accounts and implement effective social media strategies to increase our online presence, engagement, and reach. The social media manager will be responsible for managing and creating content for our social media platforms, monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and feedback, and tracking social media metrics to analyze the success of our campaigns

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach.
- Manage social media accounts, including creating and curating content, scheduling posts, and monitoring comments and messages.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to improve performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, and continuously improve our social media presence.
- Engage with customers and followers to build relationships and improve brand reputation.
- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences.

**Requirements**:

- Using Camera's and videographer duties - **MUST HAVE**:

- Use of video editting tools (Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro) **MUST HAVE**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Experience with social media analytics tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Creative thinker with a passion for social media marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: $15.50-$20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa, ON K1V 8B9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
