**Skills**:

- **Proven experience in Landscaping**: hardscape and softscape construction: driveways, patios, walkways, and retaining wall.
- **Technical proficiency**: Strong background in grading, site preparation, and team management.
- **Leadership and communication**: Lead by example and communicate clearly and effectively with both teams and clients.
- **Detail-oriented**: Precision in every task to ensure quality and satisfaction.
- **Physical resilience**: Capable of performing in various outdoor conditions with vigor and stamina.
- **Problem-solving mindset**: Tackle challenges creatively and efficiently.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
