Your main responsibility will be managing crews to complete the necessary landscape or drainage projects with quality and efficiency. Your work will enable the Company to bid on larger contracts and high end residential contracts.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Driver's License with a clean abstract

5 years experience (preferred) managing crews and operating machinery efficiently is required.

Preference is for someone with landscape AND drainage experience. Experience with machines is key.

You will be a good leader, self starter, have excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude. You will have demonstrated strong skills in time management, organizational skills, and be able to work weekend shifts, if needed through our busy season.

Daily tasks:

- **Supervising Crew**: Overseeing workers, ensuring safety protocols, and delegating tasks for landscaping and drainage installation projects.
- **Machine Operation**: Operating heavy machinery like excavators, or skid steers for digging trenches, grading, or moving materials.
- **Project Planning**: Reviewing project, checking materials, and planning daily work schedules to meet deadlines.
- **Site Management**: Ensuring job sites are organized, materials are available, and that the work is on track and up to code.
- **Client Communication**: Meeting with clients or contractors to discuss project progress or resolve any issues.
- **Problem-Solving**: Troubleshooting any drainage issues, machinery malfunctions, or design challenges that arise during the day.
- **Maintenance**: Ensuring the machinery is well-maintained, performing routine checks, and coordinating repairs when needed.

This role requires a balance of technical machine skills, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
