**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of landscape construction workers, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Interpret and communicate design plans, specifications, and project requirements to the team.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to crew members, providing clear instructions and guidance.
- Perform various manual labor tasks such as digging, trenching, grading, and leveling.
- Oversee the construction and installation of landscapes, hardscapes, and outdoor features, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to industry standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure project objectives are met and client expectations are exceeded.
- Manage and monitor project resources, including materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring they are used effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct on-site inspections and quality checks to ensure work is completed according to specifications and meets established standards.
- Train and mentor crew members, providing guidance on proper construction techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
- Resolve issues, conflicts, and challenges that arise during construction, making decisions and adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce proper safety practices on the job site.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers, coordinating their work and ensuring their adherence to project requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Landscape Construction Foreman or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of landscape construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving project goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively liaising with project managers, designers, clients, and crew members.
- Ability to read and interpret design plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Proficient in operating a wide range of landscape construction tools, equipment, and heavy machinery.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Relevant certifications in landscape construction, project management, or related fields are desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
