We're seeking a hands-on landscape construction foreman — someone who leads from the front, runs equipment confidently, and guides a crew through complex builds. Whether you're an experienced foreman or a ready-for-more lead hand, if you're motivated by quality and professionalism, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and work alongside your crew on high-end landscape builds
  • Operate equipment daily — including mini-excavator, skid steer, and compactors
  • Work closely with our in-house designer to interpret plans and solve site challenges
  • Coordinate labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
  • Maintain safety, quality, and productivity on site
  • Mentor and organize a crew of 3–5
  • Track daily project progress, time, and materials
  • Represent Red Door standards on every site

What You Bring

  • Strong experience in landscape construction and hardscape installation
  • Confident operation of mini-excavator and other compact equipment
  • Ability to read plans, lay out sites, and manage grades
  • Proven ability to lead crews efficiently and respectfully
  • Pride in craftsmanship and clean job sites
  • Class 5 driver's license

(Experience with carpentry, drainage, irrigation, or water features is an asset.)
