**About this opportunity**

**When your actions lead to success**:
**Brand Development**
- Assist in the design development of concept and components for store interiors and store fixtures programs as required.
- Design and render interior layout of pilot projects.
- Assist in the design development of brand and advertising materials as needed.
- Keep our store design brand book up to date with the latest approved standards and approved program.
- Manage and maintain the Brand Hub for Parkland brands (On The Run, Journie, etc)
- Source materials aligned with budget for any design projects (new or existing);
- Keep record of completed projects with view on design solution integrated to provide business with range of approved creative solutions that can be considered for future projects;
**Store Design Execution**
- Review floor and design packages for all retail locations going through renovation and provide recommendations on how brand standards should be adapted and implemented to best fit space, budget and overall experience.
- Work with internal and external partners as project progresses and make necessary design updates and recommendations according to project requirements.
- Ensure all new information from design projects is communicated accurately between brand departments, project managers, general constructor, suppliers, architects and engineers.

**When your expertise drives us**
- College Diploma or University Degree in Interior Design, Architectural Technology, Graphic Design or related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Adobe Creative Cloud - specifically Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator skills required.
- AutoCAD, Sketch Up, or other 3D specialty programs will be considered a strong asset.
- Brand or Design experience in retail industry will be considered as a strong asset.
- Must be very creative.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Be bilingual (French and English - mandatory). This position requires communication with our stores across Canada, as well as with external parties involved in our stores' projects.
- Spanish would be considered an asset.
