**Job Summary**:
The Branch Manager at WD SWIM School plays a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the school, ensuring that everything from staffing, pool operations, customer service, retail management, and private party events run smoothly and efficiently. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the WD SWIM school is meeting its financial targets, providing an exceptional customer experience, and fostering a motivated and engaged team. You will lead by example, driving excellence across all departments and achieving success through effective leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to our core values.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Operational Excellence & Leadership**
- Lead daily operations of the swim school in line with WD SWIM’s high standards and best practices.
- Communicate and enforce policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
- Provide hands-on leadership to a team of 25-50 employees, ensuring productivity, performance, and employee satisfaction.
- Supervise, train, and coach staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver exceptional service to students and families.
- Oversee scheduling, class assignments, and performance management to ensure a seamless learning experience.

**2. Customer Service & Experience**
- Cultivate a welcoming and professional environment that fosters positive interactions with our families.
- Promote WD SWIM’s premier learn-to-swim lessons, ensuring that every family receives personalized attention and outstanding customer service.
- Act as the point of contact for customer feedback, resolving issues quickly and effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction.

**3. Sales & Revenue Growth**
- Lead the sales team in achieving enrollment and revenue targets, ensuring sustainable growth and success.
- Oversee front desk operations, ensuring that the sales staff is well-trained and knowledgeable about WD SWIM programs and services.
- Drive initiatives to increase program participation and maximize revenue through customer engagement and retention strategies.

**4. Staff Development & Motivation**
- Act as a role model for staff by demonstrating high levels of professionalism, integrity, and motivation.
- Hold regular meetings with the management team to align on goals, provide feedback, and celebrate successes.
- Foster a positive work environment by planning and executing employee engagement activities aimed at boosting morale and job satisfaction.

**5. Financial Management & Administration**
- Maintain oversight of cash management, budgets, and financial reporting to ensure that the school meets or exceeds its financial objectives.
- Use scheduling software to manage bookings, monitor class schedules, and provide accurate reporting on performance metrics.
- Assist with the recruitment and hiring of qualified staff to meet the school’s growing needs.

**6. Operations Support & Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards, creating a safe and enjoyable learning environment for all.
- Support the Deck Supervisors in managing class schedules, student progress, and employee training.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of management experience, ideally in a service-oriented environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven leadership ability with strong organizational, administrative, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage various operations simultaneously.
- A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and fostering employee growth.

- Competitive Salary: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year.
