We are looking for a **Permanent -** **Full-time**, **Branch Manager **for our Richmond Hill location.

**Key Job Functions**
- Provides strong leadership and guidance for staff to deliver all elements of Employment Services and meet performance requirements.
- Develops and executes strategic plans aligned with company's goals and objectives to manage program starts and other KPI's.
- Ensures all client complaints and compliments are discussed with Senior Management as part of the continuous improvement process.
- Ensures that the program is delivered as per established organizational standards of quality.
- Establishes effective referral patterns within the Employment Services Network to ensure successful achievement of targets, community collaboration and wrap-around supports for clientsEnsures staff meet their weekly and monthly service delivery targets as set out by the MLTSD.
- Tracks, measures, and reports on program outcomes monthly to the Senior Manager, Employment Services
- Oversees and audits employee work with respect to service documentation and case management.
- as well as accuracy of client files and documentation ensuring zero-error rate.
- Completes weekly, monthly, and quarterly status and adjustment reports as per the yearly outlined schedule.
- Plays a collaborative role along with Human Resources Department in the hiring process.
- Leads new hires onboarding plan and ensures that employees are suitably trained to Follows disciplinary process, when necessary, in accordance with company policies and procedures and/or the collective bargaining agreement (if applicable)
- Promotes and instills the organization’s Core Values in the branch staff.
- Maintains and promotes corporate presence among community partners and attends community meetings as a representative of the organization.
- Keeps abreast prevailing issues as well as potential business opportunities and reports these to management.
- Sustains comprehensive awareness of the local labor market and overall economic conditions.
- Maintains health and safety practices within the branch as per policy guidelines.
- Identifies areas of risk, recommends remedial action, and executes them to ensure a sufficient resolution.
- Completes the annual marketing strategy and business planning for the region in line with reporting deadlines.
- Ensures marketing deadlines are met.
- Supports the overall performance and activities of the branch.
