**Duties**
- Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available.
- Provide clerical support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, creating documents, and managing spreadsheets.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
- Organize and coordinate office activities and events as needed.
- Maintain an organized filing system both physically and digitally for easy access to information.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with clerical duties such as data entry and document management.
- Strong customer support skills with effective communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
