Algorithm and AI-driven technology is also applied at each stage of shopping, e.g. purchasing decision and logistic optimization, thus enhancing supply chain efficiency in an international scope.
Today we are serving customers across UK, USA, Canada, Australia and EU; a wide range of product categories are covered, including fashion, home and garden, lifestyle and etc.
Position: HR Specialist
**Job Description**:
1. Establish and improve the company's local human resource management system, build the local team, and formulate the performance appraisal system that meets local needs;
2. Plan and implement the construction of talent pool, sort out employee competency models and training plans, and continuously improve the organization and talent competitiveness;
3.Provide suggestions on human resource strategy and organization construction to the company headquarter on a regular basis, and provide information support for the decision of the company headquarters;
4. Responsible for the regional penetration and implementation of corporate culture and values, and improve the efficiency of global work collaboration.
Basic Requirements:
1.3 years+ of human resources experience, Canadian local residents are preferred, experience in large-scale enterprises or Internet is preferred;
2.Familiar with Canada local laws and regulations, familiar with local salary and welfare and other labor policies;
3. Have a deep understanding of each functional module of human resource management, and be able to guide the work of each functional module;
4. Excellent leadership and management ability, excellent organization and coordination ability.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
