We are a busy tour company, currently recruiting hard-working and outgoing staff for full time positions in our Spring/Summer season. We are hiring for Admin / Customer Service Reps at our downtown Toronto location.
**Working with us, your duties will include but are not confined to**:
- Dealing with customer queries online, in person and by telephone.
- Promoting and selling tour products.
- Dispatching company drivers to pickup locations.
- Coordinating passenger connection between bus and boat tours.
- Preparing and sending reports.
- Redeeming confirmation numbers called in by tour guides and sales agents.
- Balancing sales staff at the end of their shifts.
- Preparing and assigning equipment and floats to sales staff.

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
