Jefo is currently looking for an **Accounting Analyst**

**Location**: Saint-Hyacinthe

**Hours**: 40 hours / week

**Shift**: Day

**Status**: Permanent full-time

**Job summary**

The Accounting Analyst performs the various financial analyses required for the smooth running of the company.

**Main responsibilities**

Performance and operational analyses
- With information relevant to decision-making in the form of a dashboard, present the conclusions drawn from his/her analysis;
- Participate in the management of foreign subsidiaries and prepare the various management reports concerning them: Jefo Mexico, Jefo Thailand and Jefo Qingdao;
- Participate in the management of Jefo Construction, Transport Boulay, Hélicraft and Transport Jefo.

Accounting and financial operations
- Participate in the preparation and monitoring of budgets for the company and its various subsidiaries;
- Prepare monthly inventory follow-up for the entire Jefo Group;
- Collaborate in the preparation and monthly analysis of information for RSDE;
- Assist in the preparation of year-end files.

Other
- Act as back-up for Finance team members;
- Act as an internal reference for Maximum accounting software;
- Work closely with all departments of the company to maintain a harmonious work environment.

**Education and experience required**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting;
- Member of the Ordre des CPA du Québec;
- Relevant work experience : Five (5) to seven (7) years.

**Skills required**
- Bilingualism (English and French) essential due to frequent international assignments;
- Proficiency in the following computer tools : Word, Excel, Internet and accounting software;
- Knowledge of SAP an asset;
- Knowledge of Spanish an asset.

**Specific job requirements**
- Ability to work to tight deadlines;
- May be required to work outside regular business hours.
