**Job Purpose**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Perform daily administrative tasks which include but are not limited to scanning documentation into applicable job folders
- Monitoring and organizing project documentation
- Requesting Non-Destructive Examinations
- Populating weld tracking log
- Transferring information from shop drawings
- Compile documentation for turnover packages
- Additional general Quality Control record keeping and data management
- Additional duties as assigned (ie. participation in process improvement)

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma is mandatory
- Previous experience in a QC office is preferred
- Ability to start and complete multiple tasks under pressure and with deadlines
- Detail oriented and committed to accuracy
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Works well in a team and independently
- Excellent communication skills
