We are currently seeking a Solar Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support throughout the entire solar PV system installation process. You will be the main point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for ensuring that their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and expertise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer client inquiries about solar PV system installation and maintenance
- Work with the sales team to provide accurate quotes and estimates to clients
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely installation of solar PV systems
- Resolve client issues and escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams as needed
- Maintain client records and ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure that client needs are met throughout the entire process
- Stay up-to-date on the latest solar PV technology trends and industry best practices

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with solar PV systems and related technology is a plus

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
