Tired of sitting behind a desk with mínimal raises, few promotions and zero social connection?

At Helios, we've made solar installation simple and affordable for our customers. We are seeking persistent, coach-able, and motivated Solar Sales Representatives to join our fast-growing team. Your role will involve door-to-door and community engagement, relationship building, and closing sales. **No experience necessary**.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

- Knock and Be a community representative. Generate leads about solar options for residences.
- Craft and perfect your pitch to increase your success with customers.
- Listen and adapt to customer preferences to ensure that they have a positive experience.
- Has some prior customer service or sales experience, solar experience is a plus.
- Must have a smartphone and personal transportation to meeting locations.
- Is ambitious, self-motivated, and coach-able.

**Benefits**:

- Uncapped earning potential in a commission-based pay structure (high performers can expect to earn $5K-$10K/month)

**Requirements**:

- Must have a vehicle
- **Based in Edmonton and surrounding areas. NOT REMOTE.**:

- FULL TIME AVAILABILITY (Monday - Friday)

Compensation package:

- Commission pay

Pay: $55,000.00-$150,840.22 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Direct sales: 1 year (preferred)
