We're looking for driven, outgoing, and goal-oriented individuals to join our **door-to-door solar sales team**. As a Solar Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, connecting with homeowners, educating them on the benefits of solar, and setting up consultations. This is a **commission-based opportunity** with **no cap on earnings**, making it ideal for ambitious individuals who thrive on results.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Generate leads by canvassing designated residential neighborhoods
- Engage homeowners in conversations about solar energy solutions
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar and the programs available
- Schedule appointments for our solar consultants
- Track leads and activity in our CRM system
- Attend team meetings and training sessions

**Expected Income**: $60,000-$120,000+ per year (based on performance)

Pay: $34,132.98-$109,065.77 per year
