Edmonton, Canada STARLIGHT SOLAR INC. Full time

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Solar Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, educating homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, and closing sales of residential solar energy systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers to assess their energy needs and present customized solar solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, addressing customer concerns and objections effectively.
- Accurately prepare sales proposals and contracts.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest solar technologies, industry trends, and government incentives.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience with solar energy design software.
- Existing network of industry contacts.
- Relevant certifications or licenses.

Pay: $45,000.00-$175,000.00 per year

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
