**Location: In-person in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada**

This is not a sales position. As a Door-to-Door HVAC Representative, you'll be responsible for visiting homeowners to assess their HVAC needs and setting up appointments for our sales team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, has a strong work ethic, and is excited about making a real difference in people’s lives. **Don’t worry if you’re not an HVAC expert - we provide full training to help you succeed**

Green Pump Energy is a leading provider of energy-efficient HVAC solutions in Nova Scotia. We're passionate about helping homeowners save on energy costs while improving their comfort. Our team is growing, and we're looking for motivated individuals to join us as Door-to-Door HVAC Representatives

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Knock on doors and engage homeowners in conversation about their HVAC systems.
- Conduct basic assessments of the home's heating and cooling needs.
- Set up appointments with our expert sales team for in-depth consultations.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude when interacting with customers.

**What We Offer**:

- Guaranteed base salary: $650 per week.
- Competitive commission: Earn commissions on every assessment that leads to a sale.
- Average earnings: $55,000 to $65,000 per year including base salary and commission.
- Fast growth opportunities: Perform well in this role, and you could quickly transition into a Salesman position where top performers typically earn $80K+ per year.
- Full training provided - no HVAC experience required
- Supportive team environment with ongoing development opportunities.

**Who You Are**:

- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Eager to learn about HVAC systems and energy efficiency.
