Counter Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide knowledgeable assistance with product selection.
- Prepare accurate estimates and quotes for windows, doors, and related products.
- Process orders and coordinate with the production and logistics teams.
- Provide pricing, availability, and lead time information.
- Work with contractors, builders, and homeowners to determine project requirements.
- Maintain an organized and efficient sales counter.
- Follow up with customers on quotes and ensure excellent service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product specifications.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in window and door sales, estimating, or construction materials (preferred).
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or construction drawings (an asset).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in preparing estimates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and experience with quoting software (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
