Nova Spray is Nova Scotia’s exclusive installer of cutting-edge nano-coating products from GoNano and Nasiol, innovative technologies that extend the life of roofs, driveways, wood decks, concrete, and more. These eco-friendly treatments reduce maintenance, lower repair and replacement costs, and are in incredibly high demand across the province.

We’re looking for confident, energetic Appointment Coordinators to represent our brand through door-to-door canvassing. This is a **commission-only** role, but for the right person, it’s an exciting chance to **make thousands per week** while learning the ropes of a fast-growing industry.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Knock on doors in assigned territories and introduce homeowners to Nova Spray’s services
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of our nano-coatings for various surfaces
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our Project Managers
- Track conversations, appointments, and feedback using our internal tools
- Represent Nova Spray with professionalism and pride

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and handling objections
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and not afraid of rejection
- Experience in sales, canvassing, or promotions is a plus (but not required)
- Reliable transportation and access to a smartphone

**Compensation**:

- **Commission-only** with **uncapped earning potential**:

- Top performers can earn **$1,000-$3,000+ per week**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $45.00-$125.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only
