**The Role**
We are seeking dynamic Sales Representatives for our Halifax branch. This position is commission-based, offering you the opportunity to earn based on your performance. Your main responsibilities will be to consult with customers, provide tailored product recommendations, and close sales. No cold calling is required—our leads are provided by the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs and recommend the best products.
- Present and demonstrate our high-quality windows and doors to potential customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Achieve sales targets through effective communication and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior sales experience (experience in home improvement is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Reliable transportation for in-person consultations.
- Sales experience in the home improvement industry is beneficial but not required.

**Compensation**:

- Commission-based pay structure with uncapped earning potential.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
