Hourly Instructor for The Program Human Resources

The Continuing Education department of Champlain College St. Lambert requires the services of an HOURLY INSTRUCTOR for the course INTRODUCTION TO ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND HRM (410-005-LA).
Students will learn the structure of a company as well as basic management concepts, including general management models to properly understand the support agent’s role as an intermediary in human resources management (HRM).
**Required Qualifications**:
Must have a thorough knowledge of typical organizational structure and human resource management, including the working conditions, skills and attitudes required within an HR service. Must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management with a minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience or bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration with a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in human resources. Experience teaching an adult clientele is an asset.
**Comments**:
This course will be delivered in a face-to-face format (synchronous); classes will be taught onsite from the College. The format of delivery may change based on Government directives in place at the time of the course.
COURSE SCHEDULE:
Mondays 9-12
(Except: December 26 and January 2)
Wednesdays 9-12
(Except: December 28)
Courses may be postponed or cancelled due to a lack of registered students. The schedule may change based on the needs of the program.
Courses are taught in English. The selected incumbent will be required to work in English.
