**Responsibilities will include**:
**Office Administration**:

- Cover reception desk, including answering phone calls in a professional manner, and directing calls to the appropriate staff member
- Coordinate departmental programs, such as meetings, special projects, and events
- Arrange travel for key personnel in an economical and timely fashion
- Support the hybrid workplace model by helping to coordinate office seating arrangements for business units and assign desks, access cards, phones, and other assets as necessary
- Management of office related vendors
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, including the coordination with IT on office equipment
- Provide support on ad-hoc projects as required

**Recruitment Coordinator**:

- Collaborate with the recruiting team to set up interviews and interviewing de-brief meetings
- Assist to bridge the effort between the recruiting process and the new hire process - may include setting up onboarding meetings.
- Work with the People Teams to ensure that all appropriate new hire documents are completed

**We’re looking for someone with**:

- 3+ years of office management experience, previous recruitment coordination experience would be an asset.
- Strong time management skills, highly organized and strong attention to detail with an interest in recruitment would be ideal.
- An innate drive to help others succeed, high integrity, and generosity in sharing your skills and knowledge with your team.
- Intermediate Computer Skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) and shared calendar software such as Calendly
- Self-motivated and resourceful
