**Team Leader - Sales and Marketing (Rogers Campaign)**

**F.S.K Marketing Ltd.** is actively seeking an experienced and ambitious **Team Leader** to spearhead a team of Sales and Marketing Representatives on our **Rogers Communications** campaign. You’ll be responsible for generating your own sales while also coaching and managing a group of driven individuals to help them succeed.

This is a **100% commission-based role** with **uncapped earning potential** — ideal for a strong leader who thrives in a high-reward environment and is ready to scale their income and impact.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Sell Rogers residential services including **TV, Internet, Home Phone, and Smart Home** solutions through **face-to-face field sales**:

- **Recruit, train, and mentor a team of 3-8 Sales Representatives**:

- Set and track **individual and team sales targets**:

- Use **motivational leadership** to inspire your team to hit goals
- Lead by example — demonstrate best practices in canvassing, cold calling, and customer engagement
- Manage performance using **Salesforce CRM**, weekly meetings, and hands-on coaching
- Report sales activity and progress to management

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience in direct sales, field sales, or team leadership** (required)
- A **natural leader** who can coach, inspire, and build team morale
- Strong personal sales abilities — you’ll be expected to **sell while leading**:

- Confident communicator and relationship-builder
- Organized and results-driven with strong time management skills
- Access to a **personal vehicle** and **valid driver’s license** (required)
- Available to work **flexible hours**, including evenings and weekends
- A passion for growth, both personal and team-based

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
