**The Opportunity Position: Service Supervisor**

Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the routes/territories assigned to him/her. Supervises and directs the activities of Route Managers assigned to him/her. Responsible to ensure that set quotas for contracts, rentals and product/equipment are achieved. Improves quality and ensures positive client relationships through regular client liaison and random inspections of accounts. Responsible for mentoring, coaching, and leading Route Managers to succeed Responsible for training and development, inventory management, sales and service support to team members. Responsible to comply with, administer and insist on Company policies and procedures being adhered to.

**Position Description**:
Provides technical and sales assistance to Route Managers. Provides hands on guidance to Route Managers with problem accounts. Responsible for the field training and evaluation of each team member of his/her staff, which entails a regular schedule of riding with each Route Manager to evaluate his/her performance. Assists in improving services by training and retraining Route Managers in the correct and effective use of materials and equipment.
