Inside Sales Representative

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Set and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals by territory.
- Monitor actual sales and leads, generating reports on sales forecasting, goals, and results using customer relationship management tools.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in our drain water heat recovery systems.
- Actively participate in process improvements through team discussions and feedback.
- Collaborate on marketing development and improvement initiatives.
- Report potential sales objectives and develop actionable plans to execute.
- Oversee operational logistics to ensure smooth sales processes.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and plumbers.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in English; basic proficiency in French is a plus.
- Familiarity with Sage accounting software, Adobe Suite, and Google Suite.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Highly motivated, articulate, and capable of making connections easily.
- Sales experience in energy efficiency building technologies, especially plumbing products is a plus.
Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
