Technical Inside Sales Representative

**Overview**
**Duties**:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Provide training and technical support to engineering firms and architect firms on drain water heat recovery technology
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Utilize sales techniques to negotiate and close deals
- Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Utilize technology tools such as Salesforce to track leads and opportunities
**Requirements**:
- Have an engineering degree or equivalent
- Proven experience in technical sales or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Some knowledge of French
- Knowledge of business development strategies
- Familiarity with telemarketing practices
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software
Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
