We are currently seeking an **Inside Sales Representative** to join our **Montreal** team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to all customers across Canada by responding to inquiries, processing orders, and following up to expedite sales. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, adaptable, tech savvy, and willing to help others. Product and positional training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in person, by phone and electronically
- Utilize computer systems to provide information on price and availability
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers and represent our clients with integrity
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge and an ability to educate customers
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and customer retention
- Contact manufacturers/vendors for product information and to ensure deadlines are met
- Support other branch employees

**Requirements**:

- Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills in English and French
- Related industry knowledge is an asset
- Computer aptitude (Microsoft Office Suite)

Le représentant des ventes internes sera chargé de fournir un soutien exceptionnel à tous les clients du Canada en répondant aux demandes de renseignements, en traitant les commandes et en assurant un suivi pour accélérer les ventes. Nous recherchons une personne ambitieuse, capable de s'adapter, qui maîtrise la technologie et qui est prête à aider les autres. Une formation sur les produits et le poste sera fournie.

**Responsabilités**:

- Assister les clients en personne, par téléphone et par voie électronique.
- Utiliser les systèmes informatiques pour fournir des informations sur les prix et la disponibilité.
- Faire preuve de professionnalisme dans ses relations avec les clients et représenter nos clients avec intégrité.
- Développer et maintenir une connaissance approfondie des produits et une capacité à éduquer les clients.
- Identifier et évaluer les besoins des clients afin de les satisfaire et de les fidéliser.
- Contacter les fabricants/vendeurs pour obtenir des informations sur les produits et s'assurer que les délais sont respectés.
- Soutenir les autres employés de la succursale.

**Exigences**:

- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication orale, écrite et de présentation en anglais et français
- La connaissance du secteur est un atout
- Aptitude à l'informatique (suite Microsoft Office)
- Esprit d’équipe avec une bonne attitude
- Volonté interne de réussite et d'épanouissement professionnel

IDN-Canada offre un salaire compétitif et un ensemble d'avantages sociaux, des possibilités de primes mensuelles et annuelles, des commissions et un programme de RER.

Poste à temps plein. Les horaires typiques sont du lundi au vendredi, de 8h00 à 16h30.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
