***This is an in-office position. Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Portfolio**: Build and grow your book of business through proactive B2B cold calling and relationship management.
- **Identify Opportunities**: Seek new business, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue by offering tailored freight solutions.
- **Client Engagement**: Understand client needs and provide cost-effective solutions aligned with their goals.
- **Prospecting**: Identify new business opportunities and expand your client base through effective outreach.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with Operations and Logistics to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

**Key Attributes**:

- **Education & Experience**: Post-secondary education in a relevant field or at least 1 year of logistics or transportation industry experience.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with familiarity in Outlook and Word and CRM’s.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, providing consistent value and service.
- **Motivation & Attitude**:Highly driven with a proactive, go-getter mindset and the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
