We’re a growing company with a global customer base, and we’re looking for a driven Sales Executive to help expand our footprint. Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with proven experience selling hardware or lab equipment into the polymer and plastics industry. In this role, you’ll be responsible for growing LabsCubed’s sales pipeline, building strong relationships with material testing labs and R&D leaders, and driving adoption of our automated testing platforms. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with labs, manufacturers, and R&D facilities in the polymer and plastics sectors. Understand customer challenges in tensile and material testing, and present LabsCubed’s solutions as the best fit. Deliver compelling product demonstrations (in person and virtually) showcasing CubeOne, CubeTen, and future LabsCubed innovations. Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure. Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with technical, operational, and commercial decision‑makers. Track industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging customer needs to inform strategy. Represent LabsCubed at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer visits. Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to leadership. Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to tailor messaging, campaigns, and collateral for target customers. Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of sales experience. Preferably in capital equipment, lab testing hardware, or materials technology. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong technical acumen with the ability to explain complex equipment to both technical and business stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage accounts independently. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Business, or a related field preferred. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
