Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Kitchener-Cambridge-Waterloo Metropolitan Area. As a Sales Account Executive at BrokerLink, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and tailoring insurance solutions to meet client needs. Additional responsibilities include preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and achieving sales targets while collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional service. You will act as a trusted advisor, assisting clients in making informed decisions about their insurance coverage. Qualifications Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets Strong understanding of insurance products and industry trends Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple clients and priorities Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an asset Proficiency in relevant software such as CRM tools and Microsoft Office Ability to work on-site in the Greater Kitchener-Cambridge-Waterloo Metropolitan Area Post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field is preferred Active and valid RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) license or willingness to obtain one #J-18808-Ljbffr
