As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Manager of Product Data to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Team Management: Lead and manage a team responsible for product data, ensuring they are motivated, well-trained, and delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Product Catalog Management: Oversee the accuracy, completeness, and quality of AutoShack's product catalog across all sales channels.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the integrity of product data through regular audits, quality assurance checks, and implementation of best practices in data management.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor offerings, and opportunities for product expansion.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of product data management and research processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure product data supports broader business goals.
- KPI and Metrics Management: Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators related to product data quality and team performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of product data management.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in product data management, purchasing, or related fields, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, with a strong focus on achieving results through people.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in data management tools, quality assurance processes, and research methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Management, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.
