**Position Summary**:

We support medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturing through a global offering of contract sterilization and laboratory testing services, and integrated equipment and control systems. The Manager, Supply Chain is_ _responsible for strategically sourcing materials, optimizing shipping logistics, and managing critical relationships suppliers. With a focus on risk mitigation, lean principles, and operational excellence, the role ensures timely and cost-effective delivery of materials to meet project timelines and organizational objectives. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills as well as team spirit are necessary to succeed in this role.

**What You Will Do**:

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies tailored to our demand-driven environment. Prioritize real-time demand signals over traditional forecasts, ensuring agility in response to fluctuating needs.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance, ensuring continuous improvement with Lean principles and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure coordination of supply chain activities with project timelines. Proactively identify, assess, and manage potential risks.
- Achieve and exceed on-time delivery targets by implementing efficient planning, monitoring, and execution strategies in sourcing, warehousing, and shipping logistics.
- Manage critical relationships with single-sourced suppliers, placing a strong emphasis on risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

**To Be Successful**:

- Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience leading a supply chain team.
- Logistics and supply chain experience in a demand driven environment (understand logistics operations, supply chain processes, transportation, inventory).
- Strategic planning and decision making (sourcing strategies, making data-driven decisions and problem solving to optimize processes).
- Ability to lead, motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Having implemented an ERP is a strong asset.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and with changing priorities, adapting quickly to evolving situations.
