**Job Title**: Junior Business Data Analyst with PMO Experience

**Location**: Stittsville, Ontario - Onsite

We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Data Analyst with Project Management Office (PMO) experience to join our Catalogue and Data Department. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop analytical and project management skills within a dynamic team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support business decisions.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify basic trends and patterns within data to support departmental initiatives.

**Project Management Support**:

- Support the planning and execution of projects within the Catalogue and Data Department.
- Assist in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with team members to gather requirements and document project objectives.

**Process Improvement**:

- Participate in analyzing existing processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support the implementation of best practices in data management and project execution.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, and Operations, to support data and project needs.
- Assist in preparing presentations of findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Project Management, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
- Exposure to project management or PMO environments is advantageous.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) is preferred.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
