**The Role** As the **Marketing, Sales & Administration Manager**, you will lead all marketing initiatives, support client acquisition, and oversee critical administrative and HR functions. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with responsibilities that span brand development, client relationship building, event planning, recruitment, and day-to-day operational support. You’ll also assist the Construction Manager with project coordination as needed.

We’re also beginning to integrate AI tools and workflows into our business — so experience with AI or a willingness to embrace and learn AI technologies will be a valued asset.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Marketing**: Lead all marketing activities — website, social media, content creation, branding, events, sponsorships, and tradeshows. Arrange professional photos of completed projects for use in marketing and branding. Develop campaigns that generate leads and strengthen our presence in the community.
- **Sales**: Build referral networks, conduct discovery calls, support the CEO with proposals and site visits, and help guide prospects through the acquisition process.
- Administration: Manage company communications, answer and direct incoming phone calls while ensuring actions are distributed to the appropriate person, organize files and documentation across Google Drive, Quire, and JobTread, support the CEO with scheduling and correspondence, arrange travel, coordinate events, oversee vehicle and insurance administration, and manage training compliance.
- **Human Resources**: Onboard and offboard employees, maintain personnel records, track quarterly and annual reviews, assist in recruitment of site team members, and provide support with immigration processes.
- **Project Coordination**: Provide support to the Construction Manager on job organization, documentation, and client communication.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in marketing (construction, real estate, or related industry preferred).
- Strong skills in digital marketing, SEO, and social media.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A relationship-builder with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and project management/CRM tools (e.g., Quire and JobTread).
- Familiarity with HR processes (onboarding, recruitment, performance reviews).

- You’ve helped build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, supporting new client wins.
- Our admin systems are running smoothly, with accurate and well-organized documentation in JobTread, Quire, and Google Drive.
- HR processes (onboarding, reviews, recruitment, immigration) are consistent, timely, and effective.
- You’ve successfully introduced or integrated AI tools that improve efficiency in marketing, admin, HR, or sales workflows.
- You’ve arranged high-quality project photos that showcase our work and strengthen our brand.

Overall, you’ve become a trusted partner to the CEO and a go-to leader within the company.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
