Your role includes driving profitable occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR for all hotels, optimizing marketing spend, and providing strategic clarity to the executive team. As a Care Bear, you will execute the strategic vision, collaborate across departments, build a high‑performing team, champion DEIB, and act as an exact communicator and translator of growth strategy. In Your First 3 Months, You Will… Spend time learning what works and what does not within Sales, Marketing & Revenue teams Dedicate significant time to 1‑on‑1s, building trusting relationships Meet each Care Bear to understand roles and responsibilities Learn and practice the Leading with Love philosophy Leverage Accent Inns’ feedback, coaching, and mentor programs Build relationships to understand team needs Audit Marketing, Sales, and Revenue systems with directors Begin partnership with Mandy on creative design and branding Complete Orientation program for new leaders Learn the brand, tone, and target audience Review Sales, Marketing, and Revenue metrics to deepen business understanding In Your First 12 Months, You Will Have… Aligned vision and goals across Sales, Marketing & Revenue First phase dashboards and reporting for teams Adjusted team design to execute shared vision Updated training programs for directors aligned with new goals Updated voice and tone guides across departments New market research for ICP across brands and segments Key partnerships driving marketing reach and revenue New trade show program and strategy with Director of Sales Set targets for Sales & Marketing campaigns and activities Updated strategy for each brand alongside Director of Marketing Strong partnership with Operations to align guest experience and marketing Next phases of influencer & digital marketing initiatives Updated reporting program for marketing, sales & revenue at Care Bear level Brainstorming sessions with Mandy supporting creative process Built strong relationships with Care Bears and other stakeholders Participated in Emerging Leaders capstone program pitch competition, Care Bear Cave What To Expect From Us? We will do our best to review and respond to all applications. Interview Process First Interview (60 min): Meet Noah Warder, VP of People and Culture, discuss experience, value alignment, and expectations. Second Interview (90 min): Meet Noah and Chris Baddeley, Sr. VP, discuss technical experience, hospitality knowledge, collaboration, strategy, and answer your questions. Third Interview (90 min): Meet Chris Campbell, President, Mandy Farmer, CEO, and Morgan Gregory, Manager of Executive Operations, discuss strategy, Care Bear expectations, risk profile, financial perspective, and other topics. Project/Presentation: 4‑6 hour paid take‑home assignment discussed after the third interview. Final Interview (120 min): Panel presentation to Care Bear team (Mandy, Chris, Noah, Badders) on take‑home assignment. Optional Dinner: Depending on timing, schedules and availability, a final casual dinner with the Care Bear team may be scheduled.
