**Our Outside Sales Representatives are entrusted with**:

- Connecting with potential customers through residential and community outreach.
- Presenting products and services tailored to meet individual customer needs.
- Building trust and fostering strong customer relationships by deeply understanding their needs.
- Achieving and surpassing sales targets with confidence and professionalism.
- Collaborating with your team to share insights and strategize for success.
- Treating customer information with care, accurately recording details in our CRM system, and managing sensitive information responsibly.
- Utilizing Microsoft Office and G Suite to communicate with internal teams and track progress effectively.
- Splitting your time between dynamic in-office sessions and hands-on in-field work.

**We Are Looking For**:

- Confidence and clarity in communication, with a knack for connecting with people.

- Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not essential - we will train you.
- Availability for full-time work, Monday to Friday, based in our Victoria office.
- Willingness to undergo a company-sponsored background check to complete the hiring process.
