**Role Overview**:
As the Patient Experience Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our practice, ensuring our patients feel valued and well-cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. This diverse role requires you to manage a variety of tasks—from scheduling and patient relations to marketing and administrative support—while consistently providing a seamless and welcoming experience for all.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Engagement**: Greet patients warmly and assist them throughout their visit, ensuring their experience is positive and stress-free.
- **Office Organization**: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment, always ready to serve our patients.
- **Scheduling & Coordination**: Manage patient appointments, ensure accurate scheduling, and assist with hearing device repairs and follow-up care.
- **Marketing Support**: Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, helping to promote the practice and attract new patients.
- **Administrative Duties**: Handle financial transactions, track patient billing, and manage documentation and records.
- **Crisis Management**: Stay composed under pressure, resolving any patient concerns or issues with tact and professionalism.
