**Position Overview**
As the **Patient Experience Coordinator**, you’ll be the _face of our clinic_—the first point of contact for every patient who walks through our doors or calls our office. This role blends patient care, administrative support, and marketing assistance. You’ll ensure every patient receives a warm welcome, timely assistance, and a smooth, stress-free experience throughout their visit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Warm Patient Engagement**: Greet patients with a friendly and professional demeanor. Make them feel valued and supported throughout their visit.
- **Phone & Communication Comfort**: Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with clarity, professionalism, and compassion. Being confident and comfortable on the phone is essential.
- **Efficient Scheduling & Coordination**: Manage appointments, coordinate follow-ups and hearing device repairs, and ensure schedules run smoothly.
- **Office Organization**: Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to care and excellence.
- **Administrative Support**: Process billing and financial transactions, manage documentation, and ensure accurate patient records.
- **Marketing Assistance**: Help with the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to promote the practice and attract new patients.
- **Crisis Management**: Remain calm and solutions-focused when handling patient concerns or unexpected issues.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
