**Responsibilities**
- Provide overall administrative support in the implementation, maintenance and execution of learning and development (L&D) programs and strategies
- Coordinate the logistics of regional learning programs including determining location, liaising with hotel representatives and facilitating accommodation bookings
- Assist in scheduling and communicating course offerings, providing guidance on attendance and confirming registrations in collaboration with regional offices
- Liaise with internal and external facilitators for courses, conferences and training events
- Develop course evaluations and distribute to participants for feedback
- Produce routine and ad hoc reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Approve learning and development expenses, verify general ledger codes and clarify irregularities
- Establish and maintain effective communication and information flow with other departments, regional offices, content experts and external contractors across Canada, including in Quebec
- Provide administrative support to the L&D team as required
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve L&D processes
**Skills and Experience**
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written business communication, with very strong detail orientation and organizational skills required
- Professional services industry experience is an asset
- Learning and development program coordination experience or experience coordinating and administering event logistics considered an asset
- Learning management system experience is considered an asset
- Ability to work at a fast paced environment, and ability to manage multiple demands and competing priorities
- Excels independently and as part of a team
