**Overview**

As a Customer Experience Specialist (CES) at ALKHEMIST House, you will play a crucial role in delivering on our brand promise to provide an extraordinary experience to each and every client.

Your responsibilities will cover all aspects of the customer experience except for actual treatments and products. You will be the first point of contact for clients and responsible for ensuring that they feel welcome, special, and good about themselves.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting environment, managing client relationships, and helping to convert leads into visits.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet clients and make them feel welcome, special, and good about themselves
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment, including bathrooms, reception, and kitchen areas
- Check clients in and out of appointments
- Manage client relationships by answering calls, responding to direct messages on Instagram, and having SMS conversations
- Know and understand the treatments and products offered at ALKHEMIST to always be informed when talking to clients
- Convert leads into appointments by engaging with them in our customer relationship management tool (CRM)
- Handle cancellations and rescheduling for clients

You must be fluent in both English and French to apply.

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
