FULL TIME Administration Assistant for a busy Retirement Home

**PLEASE NOTE THE POSITION AVAILABLE IS LOCATED IN GRAVENHURST**

To provide efficient bookkeeping and secretarial services to the Administrator and other Supervisory staff in the facility.

To provide pleasant and courteous clerical support and other assistance as required to Residents, staff and guest.

To assist in communication of a good public image to Residents, staff, visitors and the general public.

To maintain confidentiality of all matters relating to Residents, staff and the business and financial aspects of the facility.

Experience with and capable of carrying out bookkeeping procedures relating to Residents’ accommodation charges, accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, monies received and given out for any goods or services received or rendered by the facility.

Must be proficient with Microsoft office, WORD and EXCEL.

Experience with a computer Payroll system would be an asset.
Must have empathy for and an ability to relate to seniors.

**Please note that yearly COVID vaccines are mandatory.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
