**About the Role**:
We’re hiring a **Business Development Manager** to play a hands-on role in both clinic operations and brand expansion. This is a hybrid position ideal for someone who’s just as comfortable connecting with clients in-studio as they are networking in the community.

In addition to managing day-to-day studio operations and outreach, this role includes **training in elective ultrasound procedures** (non-diagnostic). We’re looking for someone open to learning how to perform basic imaging sessions, such as early heartbeat checks and gender reveals, as part of our in-house service team.

**Out-of-Clinic / Growth Focus**:

- Identify and develop local partnerships (OB/GYN clinics, maternity brands, baby shows)
- Represent the clinic at local pop-ups, expos, and community events
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns and outreach strategies
- Analyze business trends and help implement growth strategies

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in business development, client experience, or clinic/wellness operations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable with both administrative tasks and front-line service
- Willing to learn elective ultrasound techniques (no prior experience needed)
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Passion for pregnancy, wellness, or client-centered care is a strong asset

How to Apply:
**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
