**About the Role**:
ACE Community College is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Finance & Student Aid Coordinator** to manage daily financial operations and support students throughout the financial aid and loan process. This role ensures regulatory compliance, facilitates Ministry submissions, and contributes to efficient student services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, payment tracking, and remittances
- Follow up with students regarding outstanding payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Submit claims to the Ministry based on approved budgets
- Ensure compliance with PTIB (Private Training Institutions Branch) regulations
- Oversee the student process from registration to payment completion
- Calculate commissions for sales advisors
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of financial and student information

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **3 years of experience** in a finance or student services role within an **educational institution in British Columbia**:

- Experience working with **StudentAid BC** or other provincial student loan programs
- Strong knowledge of PTIB regulations and Ministry financial procedures
- Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
