**Coordinator - Logistics and Programs**

Cumberland College is a private college that has been offering Certificate programs since the Spring of 2023.

**The Position**

In collaboration with management and the registrar's office, the **Coordinator - Logistics and Student Aid** will ensure effective administrative governance within the admissions office. Key responsibilities include:
**Ensuring student aid operations and follow-ups**:

- Assessing students needs
- Informing students of the different funding options available to them
- Maintaining proper student records

**Supporting admissions**:

- Updating CRM
- Documenting student's admissions files
- Assisting student services

**Collaborating closely with the registrar’s office to ensure student integration.**
- Organizing graduation ceremonies.
- Producing various statistical reports to support management and measure program and college outcomes.
- Contributing to maintaining quality assurance systems compliance.

- You demonstrate sound judgment and diligence in all your actions.
- You are proficient with office tools (Office 365, Google Suite, etc.).
- Data processing and analysis are second nature to you.
- Your sense of responsibility and initiative are often praised.

**Conditions**
- Part-time position, opportunity to move to a full time status
- Hourly rate: starting at $22/hour
- Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Hybrid, to be discussed).

**Schedule**:

- Day shift
- Occasional evening shift

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 3 years (required)
- Financial assistance program (SABC) experience (an asset)
