Talent Acquisition Advisor (Bilingual FR/EN) What does a **Talent Acquisition Advisor** do? You will use your advanced experience in Talent Acquisition, organization, strategy and communication to support the high-volume and high performing Talent Acquisition team through: - Developing a working knowledge of position requirements and biasness needs by conducting intake meeting with hiring managers - Leading Bilingual (**French**) sourcing and recruitment strategies - Building effective and strategic recruitment initiates to support attraction and retention of high-volume and niche top-talent - Sourcing and establishing core partnerships with agencies and educational institutions - Acting as brand ambassador for PASS at internal and external hiring and career events - Collaborating effectively within the Talent Acquisition team and with other departments and stakeholders - Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) - Providing insights and recommendations on recruitment practices with an aim for continuous improvement and process effectiveness - Collaborating with stakeholders and hiring managers to support DE&I hiring practices **What you bring to PASS**: - You have 5 years of progressive experience in a Talent Acquisition Role - You are a valid RAIC holder or are able to obtain your Transport Security Clearance (upon successful hire) - You have a clear criminal background record - You are fluent in French and English, verbal and written - You are able to effectively and collaboratively work in a team environment - You have a demonstrated ability to communicate well across various audiences and stakeholders with diplomacy, tact and confidentiality - You have a keen eye for detail and hold yourself accountable to high standards - You thrive in high volume, fast-paced and evolving environment **Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000** **This role is fully based on-site at our office in Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and requires fluency in French.** Paladin Airport Security Services Ltd.
