Talent Acquisition Administrator What does a **Talent Acquisition Administrator **do? - Organize the company's participation in various recruitment events, collaborating with employment agencies and educational institutes. - Post career opportunities on both internal and external platforms. - Ensure job postings are up-to-date and aligned with the current staffing requirements. - Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure recruitment targets are met. - Utilize various channels, including print and online media, to attract top talent. - Attend and participate in career fairs, both internal and external. - Implement creative approaches to attract talent. - Collect, review, and track incoming resumes, ensuring accurate data management. - Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews. - Maintain accurate records of all applicants in the internal applicant tracking system. - Generate regular reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment metrics. - Provide insights and recommendations based on recruitment data. - practices **Qualifications: - 2+ years of related experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. - Completion or progress toward a diploma or degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to present effectively to individuals and groups. - Proactive work ethic with a creative approach to recruitment. - Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment. - High level of discretion and confidentiality. **Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000** **This role is fully based on-site at our office in Vancouver International Airport (YVR).** Paladin Airport Security Services Ltd.
