- Interface with representatives of various organizations to request/identify documents, records, etc.
- Assist with preparing gap assessments and track readiness progress.
- Develop an audit schedule, arrange meetings, schedule interviews, and ensure interviewees show up to their interview.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for team and leadership meetings.
- Additional duties and support for the OHS Business Unit.
**Qualifications**
- Enrolled in a third-year diploma or degree related to Occupational Health and Safety.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
- Experience with Certificate of Recognition (COR) Audit or regulatory compliance is considered an asset.
- High level of analytical ability required to gather and evaluate information obtained from a variety of sources and to perform data analysis and formulate recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills, with a willingness to take on a variety of projects.
- Effective communication skills and experience with customer service.
**Pre-Employment Requirements**
- Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2025.
- If invited to an interview, you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or an enrollment verification letter (indicating the program and year you are currently completing).

Compensation: $28.88 per hour (2025 Rates)
Days of Work: This position works a 5 day
- work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
